Joyful Mindful Movement
Next Class, June 1st! 1st Saturday of the Month: 2:00-3:30
Join with others of all levels of ability who would like to begin a practice of bringing attention to movement patterns that are part of our everyday life and activities. We will explore the influence that weight shifting, gravity, momentum, intention, breath and sound has on the ways we move through space. This practice will give you opportunities to alleviate stress, support well-being and open new ways of moving with more joy and ease. $10-$15
