Restorative Yoga Classes: Restorative yoga helps you to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props, making it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body. Some restorative yoga poses are beneficial to the entire body, others target specific parts of the body, such as the heart or the lungs.. Ideal for those with physical limitations.

MONDAYS: Gentle Yoga For Everyone 9:30-10:45am with Mary Riley. A yoga practice for those new to yoga and experienced yoga practitioners, as the class is adapted to your abilities. LAUGHTER YOGA!! -- 9:30 - 10:30am   Learn to Live Life Laughing for the health of it  The body heals with play. The mind heals with laughter.  The spirit heals with joy.  Laughter Yoga is a restorative aerobic exercise sure to brighten lighten and strengthen you on all levels, no matter what your abilities are!  No yoga mats or poses - just your willingness to LAUGH!


Laughter Yoga reduces physical, mental and emotional stress simultaneously while building your immune system, increasing respiration and improving circulation, decreasing stress hormones - which  reduce feelings of anxiety and tension.  In a Laughter Yoga class, you will experience: Breathing, Clapping, Gentle Stretching, Playfulness, Laughter and Yoga Nidra.
