Transformative Wellness Course with Amelia Jones, MHS



Are you searching for more joy in life?  Do you want to feel better?  Are you open and willing to take the steps to transform? At the VHCC 6:30 -7:30pm


The Transformative Wellness Course is a class series in radical self-care that provides approachable and easy self-care skills and attitudes. The classes are held every two weeks to provide the opportunity to use the tools and techniques in your everyday life in between classes, complete homework assignments, and integrate what you are learning to achieve the transformation you desire in your health and wellness.


Class topics include Wellness Goals, Sleep, Movement, Relationships, Connection, and Nutrition. 

Each class includes scientific principles and enjoyable interactive activities so you can both understand and practice what you are learning and how to apply it to your life. You will leave each class with tools and techniques that you can put to use immediately.


You are invited to Drop-In to this course held every other Tuesday evening from 6:30-7:30pm.  Your first class is free.  Classes there after are $10 per class.  Please contact Amelia Jones MHS at 941-275-4347 to pre-register your drop-in.    .


Amelia M. Jones MHS holds a Masters in Health Science from Johns Hopkins University with a focus on Integrative Nutrition.  Amelia offers an holistic approach to wellness, and believes in the body’s innate ability to heal itself.  Her intention is to help others move towards wellness and feel better.
